" ChilliesnCherries special dip/salad "



Gorgeous colour, isn't it???

Want to eat something healthy and tasty? Then try this. We were travelling since 2 months, so many things at the same time. Trips to Dehradoon, Benaras, Goa, Delhi, Joshimath and then finally to Bijapur. Yes, we have shifted to Bijapur. During our travel we had to eat all kind of junk food to the extent of frustration that we were looking forward to have fresh, home cooked and healthy food in our first full fledged kitchen which was established immediately after shifting to Bijapur. So back to the dip I saw similar kind on fox travellers -food safari. But then I added my twist. Ingredients are simple and it is very easy to make. This dip is very refreshing and one can add few mint leaves too.

Ingredients

Beetroot- 1 small peeled and grated

Radish – 1 medium Peeled and grated

Extra virgin olive oil - 2tsps

Crushed garlic cloves – 2 to 3

Curd – 200 gms

Salt and pepper to taste

Method


In a large bowl mix all the above ingredients. If required drizzle some more olive oil. Decorate it with mint sprig and serve.
